We can help you and your clients comply with the requirements of the current legislation regarding Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s)

We work with you to meet the requirements under the EPBD Directive (Energy Performance of Buildings) which requires that all sellers or landlords of commercial buildings must provide an EPC for their property if it is marketed for sale or letting after the 1st October 2008.
